Hubby and I had such a great time! It's always cool to learn that you've been doing the right things but just in the long way. CS4 has shortened a lot of steps since I first learned to use Photoshop back with version 4. I won't say that was a long time ago, but I believe that the date was in Roman Numerals and had a BC after it...:grin:
This year we went to the opening keynote and it was super fun! It was like a football pregame show and really well done. (Of course there was a bit of "Vegas" in it.
Next year, health and finances permitting, we would love to attend the precon workshops and the photo shoot with the pros. The photos from their experience really made us wish we had signed up.
NAPP staffers must be the best staffers in the world (next to our SNR staff) because they were so friendly and helpful. If you even looked puzzled, one of the team in their back tee shirts was at your side. They kept me from getting lost a number of times. I loved the way they all liked each other and reacted and interacted with each other.
The classes were great! The only problem was that I couldn't take them all. That's why I'm so thrilled with the big text book. I can still benefit from all the classes at the event.
I loved the informality of the classes on the expo floor. I liked being able to get a taste of various classes and see different products demonstrated. We had an idea of what products we were interested in and headed for those right away. The demos confirmed our interested and we left there with product in hand.
The instructors were top of the line, as usual. I will share about them later.
